Ordered a ski jacket last year, it took over a week for them to process and ship the order resulting in me having to drive 10 miles to collect it from the delivery depo the morning I was flying or else I wouldn’t of received it.
Gave them another try a year later for a Rab fleece, waited all week again for any sort of delivery update only to receive an email 5 days later saying the item I’ve ordered is out of stock.
Would not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting 2 weeks for you’re item to arrive, that’s if they even have it
Cancelled order
I placed an order on their website and the next day they cancelled it claiming that they had no stock.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I ordered a pair of oboz firebrand 11 on the 28th of December, they were delivered on the 30th , over the moon especially with it being the holiday period. The oboz waterproof walking shoes are excellent, only bit of advice is order half a size bigger.

Great customer service poor website
Great customer service! Had a blip on the website where my order was cancelled immediately unfortunately I didn’t find out until I called to track it. But when I called customer services confirmed payment was taken and got my order sent to me. Great team but the website needs a big update :) The filters on the site could also be better.

Staff helpful , manager has a slight attitude problem , was "on her lunch break" the first time I went into store after contacting with a complaint , the 2nd time stood at the top of the stairs in the shop hidden from view of me relaying a message to me through her staff! Appalling management skills then expected me to buy another pair of boots with 30% discount after doing nothing about the pair and ill fit of the first pair. Now left with £140 pair of hiking boots even after Jo admitted on the phone her staff on the day could of done more with fitting service. I will NEVER shop at Nevisport again!

Good communication, good service
I ordered two Icebreaker t shirts from their website. They contacted me straight afterwards to say they only had one in stock, and offered a refund for the other which I accepted. The refund was made right away and I received the t shirt quickly and well packaged. Would use again.

I was looking for some walking boots for the three peak challenge. I am a Novice and had many questions, Clive helped me find the right shoes and was really helpful in answering my questions. Great shop, good prices, great customer service.

Avoid Like The Plague, Poor Customer Service
Purchase some shoes that were shown as being available on line.
Following afternoon I got a standard response when returning the item e-mail informing me that I had received a refund.
No apology or explanation. It shows very poor customer service. Will be telling everyone I know to avoid them. I understand things can go wrong and it's the way you deal with a mistake, you certainly don't do it their way.

Cancelled Order
Placed an order only to have it cancelled two days later - no explanation offered. A 15% off full priced items discount code offered as compensation but practically this is useless both as there is no alternative available and would inevitably mean a higher cost if there had been another option.

Really good team
They had a little blip when I ordered (I got sent both and order confirmation and a note that items were still in my basket) and they were so quick to respond. But also when I missed the 60 day refund window and asked if I could still get a refund they were fine with it and refunded me anyway. If they did free returns they'd be perfect.

Poor Communication and Inventory Management
Not good! Ordered a pair of Berghaus Hillwalker II’s in size 9 only for the order to be cancelled with no reason given and awaiting a refund (takes 3-5 days to credit back via PayPal)!
Then called them to establish that they’d run out of stock so enquired as to availability of size 8.5. Assured a call back either way but this never happened.
In their defence I was offered a 15% discount code which I’m unable to use since everything is up on sale at the moment and this voucher cannot be used on discounted items.
Given this experience I don’t think I’ll be taking up their offer.
